Wall Push-ups

First have your child stand a few steps away from the wall. Then have them lean forward and place hands on wall. straighten arms to push back to a standing positon, bend elbows to bring face closer to the wall.

Child can also do these push-ups at a during the de-escalation process. positon body at the edge of the table and press down with hands on the table top. repeat this technique as needed or until child is calm. 400-04527888
